Conducted from December 2018 to July 2019, this case study was commissioned by the Consuelo Foundation to explore the developments in the five-year partnership between the Foundation and the nonprofit organization Hoʻokuaʻāina. , The purpose of this study is twofold: (1) to learn more about the evolution of Hoʻokuaʻāina over a period of five years, and (2) to determine the role of the Consuelo Foundation in Hoʻokuaʻāina’s growth during that period.
