This video features the Seed Grant Competition of the Global Youth Summit (GYS), a convention of innovative Filipino youth leaders across the country. For the 2019 Seed Grant Competition, GYS invited youth leaders to design, develop, and deliver creative and innovative ideas to that can be implemented in Filipino communities to advance the following:

Inclusive education

Youth-responsive health services

Creating youth-enabling employment ecosystems in sustainable tourism

Civic awareness and participation

Creating safe spaces and reducing all forms of violence against children

Through the competition, GYS 2019 aimed to promote youth’s engagement in contributing to the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations through youth-led long-term solutions to real-life problems and challenges in the 21st century.
